With Spectra Logic’s iSCSItape, small organizations, businesses, and workgroups have data protection options that are easy-to-use and easily connected.

iSCSItape supports network attached storage, while Spectra Logic's DAStape supports direct attached storage.  Because these units can handle a wide range of tape and interconnection technologies, they work reliably and easily to handle backup requirements for smaller organizations.

 

How it Works

You connect your iSCSItape to your Ethernet network using iSCSI and share it across the LAN. Ethernet simplifies host connection and allows sharing of the tape drive over the LAN. iSCSItape is configured with one drive and R45 1000BaseT port.

Standard Warranty

iSCSItape is warranted for one year from date of shipment from the factory. This warranty includes a SpectraGuard Next Business Day service contract. SpectraGuard Next Business Day service includes:

• Access to a SpectraGuard technical representative any business day (not including evenings, weekends, or holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (customer local time).
• Shipment of a replacement drive or part, upon verification that the drive has malfunctioned. (If Spectra Logic receives notification before 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time, a replacement part or drive can be shipped that day for delivery on the next business day.)

Warranty and Service Limitations

All standard warranties and service uplifts are subject to the limitations, disclaimers, and additional terms and conditions set forth in the Warranty and Hardware Support Agreement.
