With Spectra Logic’s DAStape, small organizations, businesses, and workgroups have data protection options that are easy-to-use and easily connected.  DAStape supports direct attached storage, while Spectra Logic’s iSCSItape supports network attached storage.  Because these units can handle a wide range of tape and interconnection technologies, they work reliably and easily to handle backup requirements for smaller organizations.

Standard Warranty

DAStape is warranted for one year from date of shipment from the factory. This warranty includes a SpectraGuard Next Business Day service contract. SpectraGuard Next Business Day service includes:

• Access to a SpectraGuard technical representative any business day (not including evenings, weekends, or holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (customer local time).
• Shipment of a replacement drive or part, upon verification that the drive has malfunctioned. (If Spectra Logic receives notification before 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time, a replacement part or drive can be shipped that day for delivery on the next business day.)
