The Spectra Logic Professional Services Team provides service for the relocation of any Spectra Logic library. This service includes the disassembly, packaging, and the reintegration of the Spectra Logic library by the professional service team member in the new location.
Spectra Logic Library Consolidation — Many data centers are running multiple backup devices that can be easily replaced by one Spectra Logic library. The Spectra Logic Professional Services Team offers a consolidation option to help customers minimize workload by providing one point of management. When looking at new data protection devices, involve the Spectra Logic Professional Services Team to help review current solution and provide valuable insight to centralize your backups into one easy-to-use device.
Spectra Logic Asset Exchange — For companies that can not afford any downtime or do not want the hassle of moving their data protection system, Spectra Logic provides your new data center with an identical or near-identical environment of the old location previous to the move. By letting Spectra Logic set up equipment in the new location that matches the existing data center configuration, your company avoids the downtime that is otherwise inevitable in moving to a new location. Spectra Logic handles all aspects of the project, from planning and moving equipment to getting the new data center up and running. This service requires a 45 day notice to the Spectra Logic Professional Services Team to prepare for ideal results.
